Primary Duties:
As a Sales Representative at Eleven Eleven Sauce, you will play a vital role in promoting our hot sauce products and ensuring customer satisfaction at events and markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Picking up, transporting, and setting up gear for the event.
Sampling and selling hot sauce products.
Engaging in friendly conversations with customers and curious shoppers about food and products.
Recording inventory using Clover and reconciling cash transactions.
Conducting end-of-day clean-up and returning materials to the storage facility.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle large enough to transport supplies.
Experience working in sales or retail.
Experience or a strong interest in local food production.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A friendly personality and strong communication skills.
The ability to lift and move 30lbs at a time.
The ability to stand for the length of a workday.
A valid food handlers’ permit.
Demonstrated commitment to food safety and good judgment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
