As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to take charge of our wholesale and retail partnerships, expanding our market reach and helping to drive sales.

About the Role

As our B2B Sales Manager, you will lead and execute sales strategies across all our brands. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with retail buyers, growing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for small, fast-growing consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to drive growth across our brands and customers

- Manage and expand relationships with existing retail and wholesale partners.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including specialty retailers, online marketplaces, and strategic wholesale accounts.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and new product launches.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

About You

10 years of experience within consumer products industry, sales or retail experience is a plus.

A deep understanding of today’s retail and wholesale landscape, including e-commerce, specialty retail, and direct-to-consumer operations.

A proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for growing brands.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Comfortable working in a small team environment and making diverse retail accounts
