We are looking for an experienced Security Trainer, with a focus on de-escalation techniques, Use of Force and OC training. Our clients range from multi-family residences to office towers, to well known eateries to construction and government contracts including emergency and rapid response.
The ideal person is a great communicator, leads from a calm demeanor, experienced working with Millenials and Gen Z, a good motivator and inspired to make a difference, is able to travel to various client sites to train staff, flexible and willing to work days or nights depending on client needs, the ability to be self directed, to undergo additional training as client sites demand and be the “Train the Trainer” rep for LUMIN.
Ultimately this might be a perfect opportunity for a Senior Security Officer to supplement their income and move into a full time position as the company grows, or you may already be providing this as a service. We are open to different approaches!
