Security Patrol Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Officer to join our team. As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This is a critical role that requires strong observation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Duties: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of individuals and property - Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action - Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and security - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and providing directions - Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, complete detailed reports, and gather evidence as needed - Collaborate with dispatch agencies when necessary to resolve issues or escalate matters - Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement preferred - Strong observational skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks or threats - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism - Familiarity with security equipment is a plus and ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications.
