Aegis Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team in Downtown.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises during night shifts. This role involves monitoring the property, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the property, ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect any unusual activity.
Respond quickly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
Document all incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review nightly.
Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats or unauthorized activities.
Pick up any trash or debris around the community to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Take the necessary steps to ensure both the appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times.
Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet resident needs, ownership goals and objectives, and company standards and expectations.
Promote positive public relations with residents, vendors, and clients.
Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner.
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements for this position:
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
Must be available for full-time night shifts, including weekends.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to pass background checks.
