About the Product Support & Services Department
WSIPC Product Support & Services is passionate about service. Our client's success is our focus. While there is uniqueness to each of the three support teams, the goal of the department remains the same, which is to serve and support our clients while meeting WSIPC's Vision - to be the exception in service. About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented professional who is passionate about serving others in K-12 education technology through support, training, and consulting services. In this position, the candidate will be working primarily on WSIPC’s suite of Student Management software platforms with the Cooperative’s vast network of public, tribal, charter, and private schools and Educational Service Centers in Washington. The ideal candidate for this position should exemplify the traits and qualifications listed below.

Broad experience in student management software suites and familiarity with K-12 school operations
Superb ability to research, investigate, analyze, reconcile, and evaluate data to solve problems
An instinctual service mindset
A spirit of curiosity and a growth mindset: self-motivated, inquisitive, resourceful, a critical thinker, and detail-oriented
Technological savviness: possesses software and hardware fluency and embraces new technology

Ability to develop and deliver quality presentations and to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences

Familiarity with performance under service level agreements and expectations surrounding mission critical issue resolution
