Are you the go-to Technician for your IT support group but not getting the support and recognition you deserve? Or maybe you are tired of the Seattle commute? We are a small IT firm servicing customers in the S. Puget Sound area seeking a talented, reliable tech to join our team that is able to perform end-to-end support for Small to Medium sized local businesses. Typical duties include:
-Performing Jack of All Trades IT Support for small to medium businesses
-Server hardware configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and repair
-Windows Server installation, domain setup, and administration.
-Active Directory network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
-Windows Server/Active Directory server swing migrations
-Hyper-V setups and physical to virtual server migrations
-Logical and Physical network design and troubleshooting
-Troubleshooting and support of 3rd party applications and databases with help of vendors
-MS Exchange setup and administration
-Office 365 Hosted Exchange and Azure setup and migrations
-Setting up and maintaining server and network backup solutions
-Managing network antivirus, firewall, and security solutions
-Wireless technologies
-Providing IT support to business owners and users
-Basic Phone Systems administration and troubleshooting
-Network cabling and patch panel/rack setup
-Making sure all clients receive great Customer Service
If you have working experience in the areas listed above please send a resume and your salary requirements asap! We are particularly interested in anyone who has experience servicing multiple businesses in an IT Consultant, outsourced IT Support, or Managed Services (MSP) capacity. Qualifying candidates will have at least 3 years working experience performing most or all of the above-stated duties in production environments (not at school or in labs). This is not a work from home position and candidates must already be local to area as we do not provide relocation assistance. You must also be able to pass a background check in order to work with our customers in law enforcement (police stations) and education (work around minors).
STARTING rate is between 60K and 75K DOE for qualifying candidates but there is definitely a lot of room for growth and upward mobility from there.
