Want to work in a longstanding, dedicated Vape Shop? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our South Hill, Puyallup team!
You will be responsible for inventory receiving and monitoring, providing superior customer service, and selling products in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Assisting with purchasing, receiving inventory, and basic inventory management, as necessary
Communicate between vendors and management, as needed
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - Required
Proven ability to work and communicate within a team environment - Required
Basic salesmanship skills, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly - Required
Vapor product experience , and/or industry knowledge a huge plus - not necessary (but must be able to learn quickly)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation skills
Must have ability to task manage and complete in-store projects, while keeping up with customer needs
Must have basic computer skills, with ability to interact with online software programs, search engines, websites, Excel, etc.
Must be able to accurately manage register cash, basic till counting, pulling end-of-shift reports, and filling out bank drop sheets
