- Research and provide recommendations for different retail systems; put together a business plan and collaborate with technical teams and vendors to execute retail systems deployments.
- Act consultatively with team members and leadership including the Retail Systems Manager to provide the best-fit retail solutions in accordance with company needs and industry standards.
- Provide leadership on deliverables in collaboration with in-house technical teams and third-party vendors at the ground level.
- Manage project deliverables and strategic planning to properly meet agreed-upon deadlines and manage expectations.
- Provide thorough, accurate, and regularly updated documentation of systems along with knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to training efforts for Tier I support teams and users on systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT-related position developing, deploying, supporting, configuring software/hardware systems.
- 2+ years Retail Systems Experience
- Project Management/Technical Delivery experience on Retail Technology projects, processes & initiatives.
- Familiarity with BRdata back office and Point of Sale systems highly recommended.
