Internship Opportunity: Cold Caller (Commission Based)

Job Description:
As a Cold Caller intern at Windermere Realty, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners who are interested in selling their properties. Using our cutting-edge triple dialer system and provided scripts, you will engage with potential sellers, identify their needs, and qualify them as leads for our real estate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Utilize the triple dialer system and provided scripts to effectively communicate with leads.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads generated.
Requirements:
Availability for 3-5 days a week, minimum 4 hours per day.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own a laptop for remote work.
No real estate license required.
