Job Description:
As a Cold Calling Specialist intern at Windermere Real Estate, you will engage with potential clients interested in buying or selling properties. Using our advanced calling systems and proven scripts, you will initiate conversations, build relationships, and qualify leads for our experienced agents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients within designated areas.
Utilize our advanced calling systems and provided scripts to effectively communicate with leads.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Receive commission on every cold call lead generated.
Requirements:
Availability for 3-5 days a week, minimum 4 hours per day.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Own a laptop for remote work.
No prior real estate experience required.
