Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead our King County real estate branches. This is a key leadership role focused on office growth, agent development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations of our King County branches
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top local real estate talent
Provide hands-on support to brokers throughout their transactions
Conduct training sessions on foundational and advanced sales strategies
Foster a collaborative and high-performance office culture
Qualifications:
Active Washington State Managing Broker’s License (or the ability to obtain one promptly)
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Managing Broker role
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting agent success and driving office growth
