We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who will be responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the day-to-day operations of a large apartment community along with maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. This position includes but is not limited to, leasing, collections, resident services, scheduling maintenance, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Manage financial aspects of operations including collecting revenue and processing deposits, approve and process invoices, understand budgeting and controlling expenses
Maintain administrative procedures including processing resident applications, submitting required reports, etc.
Facilitates maintenance including scheduling and inspecting make readies, ensures all work orders are completed in a timely manner, inspect vacant units and community on a regular basis, work with team members, vendors/contractors to complete projects.
Maintains excellent resident relations including resolving resident issues
Market and Leasing activities, completing timely market surveys, inspect curb appeal, ensure all traffic and leases are entered correctly.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, Fair Housing regulations

Minimum Qualifications
Proficient computer (Microsoft Office and YARDI) & internet skills
2 years multi-family (apartment) business office experience required
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
This is a full time, hourly, in office position in Seattle $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Pay is dependent on residential property management experience. Please do not apply if you do not have any experience in this field.
