Are you ready to move beyond the traditional brokerage model or the limits of working solely within your own network? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team, where you’ll receive robust support, mentorship, and a steady stream of leads.
As a Listing Agent, you’ll represent sellers in the sale of their properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. With 3+ pre-set listing appointments per week and 5-10 quality buyer leads per month—all paid for by the brokerage—you’ll have the tools and support to elevate your success without worrying about sourcing clients.
Duties:
Meet with pre-qualified listing appointments and quality buyer leads to represent sellers and buyers to close deals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property listings.
Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and effective marketing strategies.
Prepare and present property listings, utilizing professional photographs and detailed descriptions.
Facilitate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers using strong negotiation skills.
Maintain an organized database of listings, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM (Lofty).
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client concerns throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all transactions.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively but not required.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions.
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
A valid real estate license is required for this position.
