Introduction: Join our team as a Home Staging Assistant and contribute to transforming spaces into appealing, market-ready homes. As a vital part of our home staging team, you will assist in creating inviting environments that highlight the best features of each property. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and interior design industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Arrangement: Assist in setting up furniture, decor, and accessories according to the home staging plan.
Decorative Arrangement: Arrange furniture, artwork, and decorative items to enhance the visual appeal of rooms and outdoor spaces.
Inventory Maintenance and Organization: Assist with inventory organization and maintenance both onsite at listings and in the warehouse. Ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and staged homes during the staging process.
Warehouse Support and Staging Prep: Assist with staging prep such as packing, loading, and unpacking items at the warehouse and onsite at listings and provide general support as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or related fields preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills and ability to help maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move furniture and decor items.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
