We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper and Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key player in maintaining the curb appeal and cleanliness of our managed HOA properties, you will ensure that the grounds and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will also conduct property visits to ensure compliance with community rules regarding landscape maintenance, parking, and property cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
-Visit multiple properties daily to perform grounds clean-up (e.g., trash removal, sweeping, and litter pickup).
-Clean and sanitize common areas, including laundry rooms, hallways, and walkways.
-Refill pet waste bags and empty waste bins.
-Maintain landscaping by trimming shrubs, raking leaves, and keeping common areas clear of debris.
-Conduct basic exterior maintenance such as clearing walkways, maintaining signage, and reporting hazards.
-Monitor and report any parking or landscape maintenance violations and repair needs, such as damaged fences or malfunctioning lights.
-Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months.
-Perform other general cleaning tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation to visit multiple locations daily. Must carry full coverage insurance and have a current driver's license.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to property upkeep.
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Good communication skills to interact with residents and management.
Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm. Some weekend work may be required. This position may extend to full-time in the future.
