We are seeking Community Property Managers for one of our Mobile Home Community. Ideal Candidates will have property management experience in the Manufactured Housing industry; however, prior experience in Apartments, Condominium Association Management also contributes to the success of our Community Managers. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, organizational skills and be a self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, while being a part of a team. The best candidates for the position will be someone that can oversee both the office and maintenance responsibilities of the community. The office work includes resident relations, depositing rents, issuing legal notices, resident screening, preparing leases for new residents, rule compliance, organizing community events, filing, answering phones and email and general office work. The maintenance work requires cleaning the grounds and common areas to include trash removal, edging, mowing and blowing. It also includes common area painting, entry level plumbing work, gate maintenance and some minor electrical and mechanical work.
