Apartment Maintenance Technician

Prior maintenance experience is helpful but not required. We are seeking an individual that enjoys a constant pace, ability to work individually is expected. This is a 400 unit apartment community located near the Federal Way Aqua Center. You supply your tools and we supply the rest. Starting wage is $27 and up DOE. You are not required to live onsite.
