Busy Tax Office requires Receptionist to start Jan 24th thru April 15th
Saturdays 10am to 6pm - 8 hours
Sundays 12pm to 4pm - 4 hours
Fridays 10 to 6pm (offered also) - 8 hours
Requirements:
- Friendly on the phone and at the front desk
- Set appointments for accountants and tax preparers.
- Keep reception area tidy and coffee and condiments area stocked.
- Issue Tax refund check to clients when available.
- Friendly and happy stress free work environment is our goal.
- Paid lunch break while working.
- Business casual dress preferred.
Pay: $28.00 per hour
