In office telephone customer service clerk position available immediately. Monday-Friday Office Hrs, 35-40hr schedule.
This Position Involves/Requires:
Answering inbound phone calls
Making outbound phone calls
Taking/verifying customer orders
Helping out with various office projects
Filing
Multitasking
Accuracy
Problem solving
Time management
Excellent attendance
Email Communcations
Entry Level Accounts Receivable Tasks
Other tasks around the office as needed
We're looking for someone who is able to multitask, detail oriented, responsible, reliable, enjoys being on the phone, has reliable transportation, eager to learn new things and willing to be here every day. You will be assigned your own cubicle desk space, with a headset phone and will get all necessary training. This is NOT a telemarketing position, but an office position assisting our customers and management.
