Full-time position available in Tacoma, WA.
Hours are 8 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Starting Salary: $20.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails regarding scheduling of repair and maintenance on equipment.
Build daily schedule for Service Technicians including labor and travel time.
Work with Sales department in scheduling Installations, Start-Ups and Training.
Make phone calls and send emails to schedule service work.
Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in the Company database.
Make follow-up phone calls and emails reminding people of appointments.
Communicate with Service and Sales staff about availability, time allotments, capabilities.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and emergency situations in a professional manner.
Order service inventory ensuring adequate levels for customer availability and cost-effective for the Company.
Make sure the Service Technician has correct parts to complete the job successfully.
Invoice customers for completed service work.
