THE REQUIREMENTS:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and colleagues, embodying the professionalism and excellence that define our firm. In this role, you will facilitate the firm’s operations by providing exceptional service, managing conference room schedules, coordinating catering orders, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7 hours per day.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook is necessary.

Strong customer service, collaboration, time management, communication, attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate dependability.

Proactive, resourceful, and flexible mindset with a friendly, calm, and confident demeanor.

COMPENSATION:

Annual Compensation Range Seattle: $54,000-$75,000 (DOE). Potential for discretionary bonus.

THE LOCATION:

This is a fully onsite position. When working onsite in our physical office, this position will work out of our new offices located in Seattle’s International District (605 5th Ave S.) across the street from Lumen Field. The office is also across the street from King Street Station and adjacent to the International District/Chinatown Station, offering convenient access to public transportation.
