Cressy Door company is now hiring qualified individuals for the receptionist/administration assistant job at our Kent Location. This job offered is Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4pm.
This position entails the following tasks:
Answering Multi Line Phone
Work order entries.
Filing/Scanning Job Files
Invoicing/Billing
Assist customers in the office.
Collect payments.
Assist sales staff with bids and work orders.
Send/Receive packages utilizing UPS, USPS, FEDEX.
Maintain a professional image to include presentable and proper attire.
Salary: $28 per hour.
