Privately owned construction company since 2007 located in Monroe Washington servicing both the civil and telecommunications industry is seeking a full time Project Coordinator.
Job Duties
Data Entry
Tracking of materials and change order information
Coordinate and support the processing and approval of construction change documentation including change directives, change order, contractor’s change requests, and other documents, as required
Receiving, allocating and auditing inventory
Setup of job and providing information to the field
Assist in permitting and invoicing
Provide technical and administrative support to project manager(s) and to the project team
Ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Highly motivated
Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience in Excel and other MS office tools
