IHB Architects is need of a part-time, in-house Project Accountant to help with inter-office administrative duties. Come and join a fun, exciting and progressive office environment with varied commercial and residential project types.
Role Includes: project coordinator/scheduler, general bookkeeping, contract and website management, task and invoice management, communications and reporting to principal and CPA, client communications, document filing, all office-wide management and coordination duties, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in the AEC industry a MUST (architecture, engineering , construction)
- Experience handling job-accounting duties within an AEC office situation
- Experience with multi-family projects HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Strong leadership skills desirable
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Google Drive HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Proven time-management and multi-tasking ability
- Strong communications skills
- Strong people skills
- CPA or formal accounting degrees are NOT required
