We are a premier Wealth Management firm seeking a part-time WORK FROM HOME Administrative Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to the Financial Advisor and Executive Assistant. This person will act as support and point person between client and advisor. The ideal candidate for this role is exceptional with client services, ability to prioritize and independently manage time, as well as organize a diversified workload. We offer a flexible schedule with a collaborative team environment with occasional team meetings in Bothell (in addition to quarterly team building events).
Responsibilities:
Point of service for client requests
Preparation of client review forms
Coordinate with staff on advisor’s calendar
Preparation support for client review meetings
Research and trouble-shooting of client issues
Maintaining client paperwork and files as needed
Assisting with all compliance items
Prepares or assists in preparing various administrative reports
Assist in production of financial plans, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
Professionally manage answering phones and responding to emails
Performs other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
1+ years’ experience in an administrative environment
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
High level of initiative, demonstrates self-starter
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Warm and professional demeanor
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Professional business environment requiring appropriate attire for Zoom and Teams meetings
Previous securities industry experience welcomed but not required
Part-time – between 10 - 20 hours per week, depending on work load
Pay range – between $20 - $25hr to start, 30 day review
Laptop and necessary supplies will be provided
Work from Home (not true remote as work laptop is not to leave home)
