ABOUT THE JOB
Integrated NW Construction is looking for a professional operations assistant to help with daily administrative tasks. She or he must be reliable, friendly, flexible, and have a strong attention to detail. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and come with a background in construction and light clerical work.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direction of the Project Manager, the Operations Assistant would be responsible for:
Serving as the company’s Safety Coordinator
Managing tool program to include cameras on each site
Managing asset inventory
Maintaining materials inventory list and organization
Performing material ordering
Managing maintenance schedule for vehicles and equipment
Maintaining Facebook ads and online marketing
Communicating status updates
Following up with customers to solicit reviews
General Administrative tasks as defined by the Project Manager
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, as established
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of construction, maintenance, or relatable experience
1+ years of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word experience
Strong ability to:
o Follow and give oral and written instructions
o Maintain cooperative working relationships
o Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel locally (within Mason, Thurston, Jefferson, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties)
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:
o Lifting equipment (up to 30 lbs. unassisted),
o Seeing, hearing, speaking
o Bending, standing, climbing, stooping, and walking.
Ability to learn estimating
Online Marketing experience is a plus, but not required
