AltRider is looking for a dedicated, driven, and precise individual to become a core member of our team. AltRider is a Seattle-based company designing and manufacturing accessories and gear for adventure touring motorcycles. We offer premium protection parts for the adventure bike market.
Our company mission is to give customers the freedom of adventure by designing and manufacturing superior protection parts, riding solutions, and luggage that are actually built for riding.
Your typical day may include the following:
Team meetings
Review design and RFQs with product development team
Bookkeeping
Logistics
Managing inventory for two warehouses
Order Handling for EU operations
Accounts receivables and Accounts payables
Product Development meetings
Financial Audits
Quarterly Health reports on inventory
Review QC inspection reports

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for communicating effectively
You are a quick learner with a great attitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team
You have strong attention to detail and succeed at multitasking
You excel in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to prioritize and triage
You have great computer skills in a Windows environment and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
You have motorcycle experience (a plus, but not necessary)
You have experience using QuickBooks, or other accounting software (also a plus, but not essential)

As a member of a small firm, you will have ample opportunity to grow and learn; no two days are the same. And because we are a small company every person is integral to the system.
We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for finance and enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain. Bring a desire to learn about manufacturing methodologies, and material science and have a hand in influencing product aesthetics.
