You will fit right in with our team if you do! Located in the heart of Downtown Bellevue, OnGuard is looking to add to our talented team of Concierge/Security for our On Call position.
This will be for an on call position with a schedule of 11pm-7am. Shifts may also include day time hours depending on the needs of our accounts. All On Call positions will be given at least 48 hours or more in advance notice prior to a shift.
Below are some examples of the duties included in this job:
- Excellent Time Management
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests
- Complete shift report before the end of every shift
- Conduct hourly checks of designated areas to ensure property security
- Take pictures of QR codes in designated areas hourly and submit to security portal
- Answer phone calls when required
- Inform Manager of any emergencies that may arise overnight
- Check in packages (Minimal)
- Check unit keys in and out on occasion (For residents or Unit owners)
- Check on security cameras
- Maintain a high level of professionality between piers and residents
- Maintain confidentiality with building information
- Other duties as described in Employee Handbook
