Busy engineering consulting firm in South King County needs an experienced Office Manager right away. This is a full-time, in-office role — no remote work.
What you’ll do:
Run daily office operations and support project teams
Supervise admin staff and keep workflows on track
Handle billing, timesheets, vendors, and client invoices
Keep files organized and up to date
Assist owners with scheduling and reporting
Enforce company policies and procedures
What we require:
Solid Office Manager or senior admin experience (engineering or technical firm preferred)
Ajera or similar experience is a must
Strong communication and organization skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliable, professional, able to multitask and prioritize
