Answering and directing incoming calls
Scheduling service appointments and dispatching crews
Processing customer inquiries and insurance paperwork
Data entry for job tracking and billing
Filing, scanning, and maintaining records
Assisting managers and project leads with documentation
Handling inventory or supply orders as needed
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication (phone and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with customer service and/or dispatch preferred
Familiarity with restoration software (like DASH) is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
