This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on ability. We are looking for someone with computer experience, and Quickbook experience helpful. We are looking for a person who enjoys working with others, is detail oriented, organized, and ready to make a long-term commitment. We want someone who is interested in learning about our products so that they can assist with customers as their employment progresses. Responsibilities
Answering phones
Greeting customers
Filing
Data entry
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Reconciling bank accounts
Light cleaning of offices and customer/office restroom
Maintain an organized enviroment for customer's to come into
Skills
Quickbooks experience helpful
Accounting experience/knowledge is a plus
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
Ability to work in a team setting
