Aid in the leasing process, managing applications, negotiating leases, and conducting move-in orientations.
Respond promptly to inquiries and diligently follow up with potential residents to secure lease agreements.
Maintain meticulous records of leasing activities and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
Cultivate positive relationships with current residents to bolster tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a leasing consultant in Property Management is highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales and customer service, capable of establishing rapport with prospective residents.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
