We are an established small commercial General Contractor located in Snohomish County north of Monroe. We are in need of an individual who can help create this new position within our company. You would work closely with the owner and office staff with the overall goal to better serve our customers, vendors, and field staff.

Emphasis on turn-key Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
We self-perform light utilities/sitework, some concrete, and steel erection.
Established crew in the field. 5-10+ years for several employees.
The ideal candidate would be involved in these activities:
-Secure proper systems and software needed.
-Assist in establishing budgets for prospective projects.
-Solicit bids from Sub-Contractors, and create proposals for clients.
-Creating contracts for Fixed or Negotiated price projects.
-Manage projects through job costing and create schedules.
-Oversee requests for RFI's, project change orders, and submit progress billing to admin.
An individual having strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while still performing daily essential duties would sum up how i think this position would be best described.
Previous experience as a project manager is a must.
2-4 years of prior relevant experience seems to be what most companies hope for.
