DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
We are an established construction company in Snohomish, looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist. We are looking for an individual to work efficiently with our staff. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, be very flexible and coach-able, have a positive attitude, open to new challenges, works well under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet crucial deadlines, good at multi-tasking, willing to work in multiple departments at the same time, takes direction well, and be highly proficient in Excel. Excel is a must with formulas.
Please note that this is NOT a remote position and is a full time in-office position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry
- Database maintenance
- File and document maintenance
- Assist Management when needed with various tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
- Office and administrative experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Specifically with Excel and formulas.

Benefits and office conditions:
- Position Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Business hours of operation - Monday through Friday - 7am to 4pm;
