Seeking Renaissance administrative assistant for a CEO, with responsibilities that extend beyond typical clerical work to include involvement in creative, design, and construction projects.
Key duties include:
Clerical Tasks: Filing, organizing, drafting letters and documents, responding to emails, managing blogs, and making travel arrangements.
Project Assistance: Participating in the design, construction, and remodeling of buildings.
Communication: Interacting with employees, team members, vendors, customers, and potential clients.
Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office, social media tools, and desktop publishing is required. Web design ideas and website maintenance experience are a plus.
Creativity & Critical Thinking: Ability to innovate and solve problems related to design and improvement of various projects.
Wide Range of Skills: Business acumen and familiarity with arts, sciences, law and music would be beneficial.
Location: Seattle Capitol Hill area
