Boutique and established commercial real estate firm with high profile clients seeking part time assistance with various general office administration; possibility for flexible hours. Excellent communication skills a must. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Quickbooks necessary. In addition to the above, tasks could include assisting broker with providing potential clients access to spaces to preview available spaces being marketed, shuttling to a nearby property to deliver a document or confirming appointments with various vendors, etc.
