Live-in manager needed for 40 unit apartment complex in Monroe. Part time position. Position available immediately.
Requirements:
- Past experience as an apartment manager strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills (i.e. email, some Word)
- Ability to complete duties in an organized, timely manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Renting apartments
- Collecting rents
- Bank deposits
- Acting as contact person for all maintenance requests
- Complete move-in and move out inspections
- Delivering notices to tenants
