Our residents enjoy walking, bowling, going to movies and getting out doors on hikes etc. They need help in their homes to prepare their meals and get ready for their daily activities. Job duties would include community access, companionship and support with daily living skills. All required training for employment in our agency is provided with pay.
Case Managers are responsible for advocating on behalf of their case load and coordinating services with health care providers. Monthly client documentation and program monitoring are primary responsibilities, as well.
