Seattle's Favorite is a wholesale bakery that is looking for a Swing Shift Production Supervisor for our 2:00 PM to 10:30 Shift.
Job Summary:
This position will manage the swing shift production team and oversee scheduling and day-to-day production activities. Ensures the production line is operational and maintains the production schedule.
Responsibilities:
Oversee that good manufacturing practices are being followed. Support and evaluate each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency, Enforce all GMP and safety policies. Create and oversee employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability. Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed. All other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage the team's time effectively to complete all assigned tasks, Firm understanding of food and safety regulations. Ability to complete reports accurately.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged standing on solid ground during the night hours. Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds at times.
