Welding Full Time Day/Swing Shift Position: This position is responsible for the daily set-up, and operation of various fabrication type equipment for the cutting and joining of various types of metals and thicknesses in a production/job shop environment. Necessary skills: Set-up and operate various welding equipment.

Must have active WABO certifications in MIG/Steel and/or TIG/Aluminum. Understand weld symbols and able to build parts to match shop drawings.

Set-up and operate various cutting equipment.

Set-up and operate various tube rolling equipment. Perform first article and in-process inspections while maintaining maximum production. Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations. Stage parts and prepare them for the next production step. Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Punctual.

1+ year experienced and active WABO certification card. Ability to work well with others with minimal supervision. Must have good organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Have a positive attitude. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements: Lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently. Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
