Job Responsibilities:
Electrical assembly
Mechanical assembly
Gluing and packaging
Repairs or reworks products and related sub-assemblies per documentation
Inspects products and sub-assemblies for workmanship and compliance to documentation
Accurately completes all paperwork relating to jobs performed, including work order forms, material reject reports, inspection reports, and stockroom requisition forms
Performs tracking system data entry
Maintains clean and safe conditions in work area
Job Details:
Payrate: $21.60/hr.
12-month contract, located in Redmond, WA
Onsite parking available
Schedule: 5:30am-4:00pm (Monday – Thursday)
Candidate Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1-year of experience in a similar assembly-related role.
Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, policies in English.
Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to adhere to safety related issues to include, but not limited to good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
May be required to have workplace organization and follow training procedures. Including cross training and teamwork.
Attention to detail.
Propensity to speak up when and if an issue occurs, notice it, and bring it up.
Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
Get along with others; work in a diverse setting; participate in getting better as a team, work with cross functional teams, conflict resolution.
Motivation to grow/learn/progress to next level in skills (willingness ability to cross train).
Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate.
