PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take customer drawings and enter them into Unipoint, Intuitive ERP, and Fusion systems.
Collaborate closely with NPI, Engineering, and Customer Account Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.
Work with customers to understand any discrepancies in documentation.
Conduct first-level BOM/Documentation reviews before entering data into the system.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Writing preferred or equivalent experience in an Engineering, BOM Management, or Technical Manufacturing role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as; percent, rate, ratio, and basic algebraic equations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

LOCATION: This position is based full-time at our facility in Everett, WA, offering a welcoming environment to contribute to our team's success on-site.
WORK STATUS: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
BENEFITS:
Salary range: $20 - $30 per hour.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
