Digital Illustrator Needed - Adobe Illustrator

I'm looking for a digital artist with experience using Adobe Illustrator who can help me turn two sets of Photoshop layers I've designed into vector art. The project background is this: I am designing two banners containing family crests that will eventually be crafted and embroidered in fabric and thread. The company doing the sewing for me requires vector art. If you have experience in Adobe Creative Suite and can work with a turnaround time of less than 3-4 weeks, please get in touch.
