Requirements:
Must be able to appear in person at the court on [date & time]
Confident public speaking and ability to follow court procedure
Familiarity with Small Claims Court process in Washington State preferred (but not mandatory)
Must be able to present prepared statements and submit provided evidence to the judge
Details:
I will provide all documentation, evidence, and written statement of my position
Payment: $35/hr
Estimated time commitment: 2-4hrs including check-in and hearing
