Our team is committed to excellence, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
This position is on-site with some limited remote work opportunities. Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law and will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement. Fluent in Russian is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ability to handle a high volume of case activity while maintaining high quality work
-Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment
-Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations
-Gather and review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
-Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
-Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
-Maintain organized case files and documentation
-Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
-Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation process
Qualifications:
-Happy and dedicated to helping others
-Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
-Active license to practice law in Washington State
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency in Russian is a plus
