WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE
As a Seasonal Summer Temporary Production Associate, you will work independently while supporting a tight-knit production team. You will start with prepping raw materials—the very beginning of the rod’s journey—and follow the process through each handcrafted stage to its final customizations, ensuring every detail meets the high standards anglers expect from Sage.

SCHEDULE
10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
Choose from AM or PM shift options.
Required overtime every other Friday to keep up with growing demand.
