Parking Lot Sweeper Operator (Bremerton)
Compensation: $17 - $19 an hour DOE + $1,000 bonus

Seeking professionals that will participate in keeping our clients Commercial Shopping Center, Industrial Parks and Office park environments clean. We have been contracted by hundreds of clients to keep their exterior buildings and parking lots clean on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Our services provide keeping the parking lots free of debris as well as the landscaped areas if requested.
This position includes sweeping commercial parking lots with diesel truck mounted regenerative air sweeper and operation of backpack gas blower around inaccessible areas. Must have flexibility to start work between 6 PM and 8PM plus on a 4 days/week on and 3 days off schedule 40+ hours a week. This is a full time position plus overtime but your start time will depend upon your route and schedule. You will be driving at night as this is a graveyard position. $1000.00 sign and stay bonus.
Qualifications:
-Dependable
-Must have own reliable transportation to get back and forth to work.
-Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
-No convictions related to alcohol or narcotics within the last 10 years.
-Must be able to pass a drug test (random) and background check.
-Must be able to work graveyard and flexible schedule.
-A Good attitude and the ability to work independently and with others.
-Good organizational skills with an eye for detail based on the services our company provides.
- Must have clean driving record/ minor mechanical skills and be willing to work flexible hours
-Minimum Age of 22 for insurance.
