Clean common areas, sweep/mop and take out trash. Touch up paint scratches and clean carpets, change batteries in smoke alarms and other basic maintenance tasks.
Provide cleaning services for business offices, interior and exterior public and common areas and amenities of the community in a safe, neat, clean and attractive condition.
Provide floor care services for carpet, tile, and wood floors and may include vacuuming, extracting, etc.
Notifies management concerning need for repairs.
May perform other duties as assigned.
