I run a small apparel shop in Tacoma. I press designs onto women’s boyshorts (DTF/heat press). I’m looking for a reliable person who likes simple, repeatable work and takes pride in straight placement and clean finishes.
i added a video, showing you the process. https://youtu.be/1EIcC0uDVU4
The vibe: show up on time, head down, follow the steps, knock out the work. Not a chatty job. If you like checking boxes and seeing a stack of finished orders grow, you’ll do great.
What you’ll do
Prep garments, line up transfers, use the heat press (I’ll train)
Quick quality check, bag/tag, keep counts tidy
Light cleanup
You bring:
Reliability (on time, every time)
Attention to detail (straight, centered, no wrinkles/silvering)
Comfortable being on your feet
Can focus without needing constant conversation
Schedule & location:
Tacoma (s.tacoma 68th and prospect)
3–4 hour on-site blocks, a few times per week (some flexibility)
Pay basics
$16.66/hr
How to apply (email or text)

Days/times you can regularly work
Any experience (heat press/DTF not required)
One line on how you keep yourself on time and on task
Nearest cross-streets (for commute idea)
Equal opportunity employer. All backgrounds welcome.
Note on pay: Tacoma follows Washington State’s minimum wage (2025: $16.66/hr), and WA requires paid sick leave to accrue at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. I’m compliant with both.
